Check signal waveform of Input & output speed sensor using the GDS.
Specification: Refer to "Signal Wave Form" section.
Removal
•
Be sure to read and follow the “General Safety Information
and Caution” before doing any work related with the high voltage
system. Failure to follow the safety instructions may result in serious
electrical injuries.
•
Be sure to shut off the high voltage circuit according to the
“High Voltage Shut-off Procedures” before doing any work related
with the high voltage system to avoid serious electrical injuries.
1.
Remove the valve body assembly.
(Refer to Hydraulic System - "Valve Body")
2.
Disconnect the input & output speed sensor connector (A).
3.
Remove the input & output speed sensor (B) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
Installation
1.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
•
Do not reuse the drain plug gasket and the valve body cover gasket, oil cooler tube washer.
•
Perform the procedures below after installing
1)
Refill the automatic transaxle with fluid.
(Refer to Hydraulic System - "Fluid")
2)
Refill the engine & transaxle cooling system with coolant.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Coolant")
3)
Refill the hybrid motor cooling system with coolant and then perform the air bleeding using the GDS.
(Refer to Hybrid Motor System - "Coolant")
4)
Reset the automatic transaxle adaptive values using the GDS.
5)
Confirm the coolant leak or fluid leak from the hose connections part in state of engine start.
Description Engine clutch control solenoid valve (E/C_VFS) is attached to the valve body. This variable force solenoid valve directly controls the hydraulic pressure to the engine clutch. ...
Removal 1. Loosen the windshield wiper arm nut (B) after removing a wiper cap (A). 2. Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade (A). 3. If necessary, release the wiper blade fixing clip by pulling up and remove the wiper blade from the inside radius of wiper arm. 4. Disconnect the washer hose (A) connected ...
Description Machanical Oil Pump (MOP) The oil pump is built in the transaxle as a single unit with the 26 Brake (26/B) chamber. Rotation of the pump builds the hydraulic pressure needed for the lubrication of the various parts of the transaxle and operation of the clutch and brakes. The oil also circulates ...
